VEGAN IN MEXICO
Açaí madness – that’s what April has been about. This bowl of goodness is basically sustaining my existence for now, so be ready for a really consistent açaí presence in the feed below.
Not too shabby in the smoothie category either, eh? We’ve got taro, we’ve got matcha, threw some berry concoctions in there, too. Go ahead and treat your sight – plenty of smooth-ieee sexiness to be taken in.
Açaí – coconut water instead of vegan milk, no granola, no nut butters, extra toasted coconut and cacao nibs
Smoothies – coconut water instead of vegan milk, sweetened with dates, no nut butter
Eats – gluten free bread, raw vegan banoffee pie, quinoa salad
Extra extra – curcuma tea, plenty of mangoes, cute baby watermelon, banana/taro vegan ice cream
